How to remove recycle bin in Windows 7

By default, when installing Windows 7, user has the recycle bin shown on his/hers desktop. There are many reasons to show or hide it, some want it for looks while other find it very handy. To remove recycle bin in Windows 7 Operating System you need to follow the following steps..

Click the Start button , go to Control Panel, click Appearance and Personalization, and then click Personalization.
In the left pane, click Change desktop icons, and then do one of the following:
- To remove the Recycle Bin from the desktop, clear the Recycle Bin check box.
- To display the Recycle Bin on the desktop, select the Recycle Bin check box.
Click OK.
